กลับมาอีกแล้วค้าบ รอบนี้มาเป็นหัวกระเทียมเลย ( ไม่ได้โกนผมนะค้า). จ๋าชักอีกสองรอบหลังจากกลับบ้านไปรอบที่แล้วค่ะ. ( คุณหมอสันนิษฐานว่าน่าจะเป็น Epilepcy หรือ Epilectic seizures คือ ระบบประสาทส่วนกลางผิดปรกติและทำให้การทำงานของสมองผิดปรกติเลยทำให้เกิดการชักค่ะ สามารถรักษาได้ค่ะ ) ตอนนี้กำลังทำ EEG ตรวจคลื่นสมองเป็นเวลา 48 ชั่วโมงติดกันค่า ( ไม่ได้ผ่าตัดสมองค่า ). ด้วยทางอารมณ์, จิตใจจ๋าสบายดีค่า มีครอบครัวที่น่ารัก( รวมถึงเจ้าสี่ขา ขนฟู ) คอยอยู่ข้างๆตลอดเวลา ตราบใดที่มีพวกเค้า จ๋าก็ยังเป็น happy girl ได้อยู่ค่า อิอิ ☺️🧄🐶🥰 ขอบคุณทุกคนมากๆสำหรับคอมเม้นต์ ข้อความและความห่วงใยนะคะ ขอให้ทุกคนมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงและมีความสุขทุกๆวันนะคะ หายดีแล้วจะกลับมาทำคลิปแน่นอนค่า คิดถึงทุกๆคนมากๆเลย 💛 ) I’m a garlic head 🧄 Back here again, sadly. FINALLY GET TO BE HOME !!! Yes yes !!!! I had a seizure on the last Saturday caused by a small stroke. The doctors put an implantable loop recorder on my chest to monitor my heart rhythm, this thing can last up to 4 years under my skin. Did all the CT and MRI head and chest scans, found a stroke and a small bubble fluid sack next to my heart. Got lots of medication to take everyday for pretty much the rest of my life which I’m fine with that as long as I stay alive. Fortunately, I have the BEST HUSBAND @sircrane who took the best care and kept me comfort every single day while I was at @clevelandclinic, he was the first thing I saw when I woke up and last thing I saw when I went to sleep. Lastly, I would like to thank EVERYONE for your kind words and wishes, it all means the world to me. Lastly ( again lol ) Tell your loved ones that you love them as often as you can, because you never know when, where or how something will happen to them. Make sure they know how much you love and appreciate them 💕 Thank you all again so much, hope you all stay safe, happy and healthy ❣️🌴🥥🥬🥕🌾🎉 ในที่สุดก็ได้กลับบ้านแล้วค่า เย่ๆๆๆๆ วันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา จ๋าได้มีการชักซึ่งเกิดจากเลือดอุดตันในสมอง. คุณหมอได้ทำการติดตั้งตัววัดการทำงานของหัวใจให้ที่ใต้ผิวหนังกลางหน้าอกให้ เจ้าตัวนี้อยู่ได้นาน 4 ปีใต้ผิวหนังของจ๋า คุณหมอสามารถดูการทำงานของหัวใจได้ตลอด 24/7. ได้ทำการแสกนทั้ง CT และ MRI สมองและหัวใจ พบเลือดอุดตันในสมอง และถุงน้ำเล็กๆด้านข้างของหัวใจ. ได้ยามาทานที่บ้านเยอะเลย ต้องทานไปตลอดชีวิตก็ว่าได้ แต่ตราบใดที่ทำให้เรามีชีวิตรอดแค่นี้เราก็โอเคแล้ว. โชคดีที่สุดมีสามีที่น่ารักที่สุดที่ดูแลและทำให้เรารู้สึกดีตลอดที่อยู่ที่ รพ Cleveland clinic นางคือคนแรกที่เราเห็นเวลาเราตื่น และคนที่สุดท้ายก่อนเราไปนอน. และสุดท้ายนี้ ขอขอบคุณทุกๆคนสำหรับข้อความและคำอวยพรนะคะ มันมีความหมายกับจ๋ามากๆ. อย่าลืมบอกคนที่คุณรักทุกคนว่าคุณรักและรู้สึกขอบคุณที่มีพวกเค้าในชีวิตมากแค่ไหนบ่อยๆนะคะ เพราะเราไม่รู้เลยว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นกับพวกเขาที่ไหน เมื่อไรหรืออย่างไร. ขอบคุณทุกคนมากๆอีกครั้งนะคะ ขอให้ทุกคนปลอดภัย มีความสุขและ

เดี๋ยวนี้กลายเป็นคนชอบไปยิมไปแล้ว 5555 ตั้งแต่เห็นผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจนขึ้นมากๆ แต่ก่อนไม่ชอบไปที่คนเยอะๆเลยออกแต่ที่บ้าน แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ชินคนที่ยิมละ 555 ไปบ่อยจนเป็นเพื่อนกับทุกคนเลย เดี๋ยวนี้จ๋าใช้เวลาออกกำลังกายประมาณ 1-2 ชมค่ะ ออกกำลังกายแบบใช้น้ำหนักบ้างสลับกับไม่ใช้บ้าง 🥕 จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวนะคะ ถ้าอยากได้กล้ามเนื้อเพิ่มจุดไหน การใช้น้ำหนักหรือเวท ช่วยได้จริงๆค่ะ อย่าง 3 ท่านี้ เน้นก้นล้วนๆ จ๋าก็เริ่มจากน้ำหนักที่เราไหวก่อน ละก็เพิ่มขึ้นไปเรื่อยๆทุก 1-2 อาทิตย์ค่ะ 👍🏻 ทั้ง3ท่านี้จ๋าออกท่าละ 3 เซ็ต เซ็ตแรกจะใช้น้ำหนักที่เราทำได้สบายๆ 20 ครั้ง เซ็ตต่อไป เพิ่มน้ำหนักขึ้น 10 ปอน์ หรือประมาณ 5 กก ทำ 15 ครั้ง และเซ็ตที่ 3 เพิ่มขึ้นไปอีก 10ปอนด์และทำแค่ 10 ครั้งค่ะ วิธีนี้จะช่วยกระตุ้นกล้ามเนื้อให้ทำงานมากขึ้น จากประสบการส่วนตัว เห็นผลดีมากๆค่ะ และเป็นการฝึกกล้ามเนื้อให้ชินกับน้ำหนักที่เราจะเพิ่มขึ้นในอาทิตย์ถัดไปด้วยค่ะ 🍖🍗 ปล. ถ้าออกกำลังกายหนัก อย่าลืมทานอาหารที่มีโปรตีนให้เพียงพอด้วยนะคะ ถ้าไม่มีเวลาก็ดื่มโปรตีนชงก็ได้ค่า เลือกยี่ห้อที่ธรรมชาติหรืออแกนิคจะดีที่สุดค่า ถ้าอยากเพิ่มกล้ามเนื้อ ออกกำลังกายอย่างเดียวไม่พอ อาหารต้องถึงด้วยนะค้า 💪🏼☺️💛 #jayycranesworkoutroutine

เริ่มไปยิมมาได้สองเดือนแล้วค่า เพราะอยากลองอะไรใหม่ๆและอยากเพิ่มเวทที่ใช้เวลาออกกำลังกาย วันนี้เลยเอาท่าออกกำลังกายก้นที่ทำที่ยิมตอนนี้มาแบ่งปันค่า 💪🏼 อาจดูยาก แต่รับรองว่าก้นมาแน่นอนค่า( สำหรับคนที่เพิ่งเริ่มแนะนำใช้แค่น้ำหนักตัวเองก่อนนะคะ แล้วค่อยๆเพิ่มเวทจากน้อยๆแล้วค่อยๆเพิ่มไปทีละนิด( ส่วนตัวจ๋าเพิ่ม 5-10 ปอนด์/ 2.2 กก-4.5กก) ทุก 1-2 อาทิตย์ เพื่อเพิ่มความยากและเพิ่มการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อค่ะ ) 💪🏼 1. Knee squats 3 เซ็ท, เซ็ทแรกจ๋าเริ่มจากน้ำหนักที่ทำประจำก่อน(60ปอนด์/27 กก) 20 ครั้ง, เซ็ทที่ 2 จ๋าเพิ่ม 10ปอนด์/4.5กก 15 ครั้ง, เซ็ทที่ 3 เพิ่มไปอีก 10 ปอนด์ 10 ครั้ง วิธีนี้เป็นเหมือนการฝึกกล้ามเนื้อให้ชินกับน้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้นและเพิ่มการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อค่ะ, ทุกครั้งที่ยกขึ้นให้เกร็งกล้ามเนื้อก้นตลอดเวลาค่ะ ( 3 sets, 1 set 20 reps, 2nd set add 10 lbs 15 reps, 3rd set add 10 more lbs 10 reps ) 2. Knee abduction ( cable ) 3 เซ็ทๆละ 20 ครั้ง ท่านี้เน้นก้นด้านข้างค่ะ (จ๋าใช้เวท 10 กก )( ถ้าอยากได้ก้นกลมๆต้องออกให้ครบทุกส่วนค่ะ ) 3 sets 20 reps 3. Dumbell bridges 3 เซ็ทๆละ 20 ครั้ง ทุกครั้งที่ยกขึ้นให้เกร็งกล้ามเนื้อก้นตลอดเวลาค่ะ ตอนลงไม่ต้องเอาก้นแตะพื้นนะคะ( เวทตอนนี้ 22.5กก ) 3 sets 20 reps 4. Dumbell donket kickbacks 3 เซ็ทๆละ20 ครั้ง 💪🏼 3 sets 20 reps ( จ๋าใช้เวท 11.5 กก ) ท่า4 ท่านี้เน้นก้นสุดๆค่ะ ไม่มีทางที่จะไม่โดนต้นขาเลยเพราะกล้ามเนื้ออยู่ติดกันแต่โดนก้นมากที่สุดค่ะ เพราะส่วนตัวจ๋าอยากเน้นแค่สร้างก้นไม่สร้างต้นขาให้ใหญ่ขึ้น 🥙🥗 และอีกสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคืออาหารค่ะ ถ้าออกกำลังกายเพื่อสร้างกล้ามเนื้อ โปรตีนต้องถึงจริงๆค่ะ ถ้าไม่มีเวลาหรือไม่แน่ใจ ดื่มโปรตีนชงเสริมหลังออกกำลังกายได้ค่ะ จ๋าทำประจำเลยช่วงนี้ เพราะยกน้ำหนักตลอด( รูปสุดท้ายคือโปรตีนที่ดื่มเสมอค่ะ ซื้อจาก Amazon ค่ะ ) การยกน้ำหนักไม่ได้ทำให้ร่างกายบึกเสมอไปค่ะ ถ้าเรารู้จักเน้นแค่ส่วนที่ต้องการเพิ่ม และใช้น้ำหนักให้ถูก ทำท่าที่ถูกต้อง ก็จะได้หุ่นที่ต้องการมาค่า. และอีกอย่างที่สำคัญคือ เวลาค่ะ ต้องให้เวลากับร่างกายตัวเอง ไม่มีใครทำแค่แป๊บเดียวแล้วได้มาเลย ต้องให้ร่างกายได้พักซ่อมแซมกล้ามเนื้อด้วย จ๋าไปยิมวันเว้นวันค่ะ และวันที่พักก็ทานอาหารที่มีโปรตีนเยอะเช่นกัน เพราะร่างกายไม่ได้ซ่อมแซมกล้ามเนื้อในเ
