@ud_awat : Dive 1 - Removing crown of throns starfish from corals Crown of thorns starfish (COTS) is one of the coral predator. It’s a significant threat to coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific region. If outbreaks of them are not controlled, they will continue to spread. When outbreaks of COTS happen, they can destroy an entire reef system. That’s why some areas have to control and remove their population.
