@daboyway : Today is World Elephant Day! Let’s celebrate how incredible elephants are, whilst also recognizing the important need to protect them. Elephants are the largest land mammal on earth. They are majestic, gentle giants, and yet their only threat is humans. They are abused and exploited in the tourism entertainment, massacred for their ivory, their forests continue to be destroyed and the population has dropped dramatically. In Phuket, Thailand, the 7 elephants at @treetopselephantreserve need our help to feed them during to Covid-19 as they are struggling financially.
