@cindysirinya : Today’s Body Appreciation Post is all about the CORE. ❤️ After many years of not loving or truly accepting my body, 25+ years of being told by stylists and designers that my waist was too “thick” and that I need to “ลดเอว” to be 24cm instead of my 28, followed by 2 pregnancies in which I gained over 22kg each time, I’m finally, at age 41, at a place where I’m proud of my body. I work hard to keep it strong, I eat a balanced diet and I try to get enough sleep so it can rest. One thing I’ve noticed, is that there will always be someone who has something to say about your body (be it positive or negative) But realize that no one and I mean NO ONE else’s opinions should matter when it comes to how you feel about yourself and how you take care of your body. You do what’s right for you, in this moment, with what you’ve got. ❤️ So for today, let’s appreciate our CORE. Literally the center of our entire being and the powerhouse of everything our bodies are able to do. It is the source of strength and power from which all our other limbs, organs and muscles draw their movement and energy. It protects our most vital organs, our central nervous system, and for some of us, for nine months, it turns into a safe and cozy home for precious new life. 👶🏻 Building a strong core requires extra effort and dedication, but it truly pays off. I’ve always had a weak core and am only just starting to feel that changing with regular workouts. My lower back pain has disappeared, I feel stronger overall , I can plank longer, my posture is better, and I’m liking how my abs look 😊 Not gonna post a workout series or specific exercise here but there are plenty of moves you can do regularly to build core muscles.
