@cindysirinya : Eat your VEGGIES!! 🥦🥑🍅🥒🥕🌽 So proud of these kiddos and how much they love their veggies. Both of them are quite happy munching a giant bowl of salad, grains and beans for lunch or dinner. I have always introduced them to a variety of different veggies both raw and cooked and it’s amazing how much they are willing to try everything. Of course, they have their faves and some they aren’t too keen on, but the trick I’ve found is to keep giving them the opportunity to discover and explore new textures and flavors. Kids’ tastes change and evolve as they grow so something they may have hated as a toddler, they end up loving in a few years time and vice versa. The other truck is to try and eat a rainbow! 🌈 Kids have fun trying to match all the colors and it keeps it interesting and fun.
