@stephanyauernig : If you’re still in lockdown or working out from home, don’t have many equipment, try this variation of squat. Squat + half (1.5 squat) This can be used to overload the squat. If you go slower. Even better. If you have a small resistance band, place it above your knees, that will add more resistance to your squat !
